I'm Leandra,
I am a fully qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor and have dedicated over 34 years of my career to the Health and Fitness industry. My passion drives me to continuously expand my knowledge, ensuring I offer the best approaches for every client. I have trained diverse groups, from all walks of life, enhancing my wide-ranging expertise.
My work as a Back Rehabilitation Trainer at an established and professional Chiropractor's Clinic has developed my understanding of injury rehabilitation of the spine and joints. My work involves creating strength programmes to prevent back pain and improve posture to enhance quality of life. I have also worked closely with Physiotherapists, various sports clubs and individual athletes.
After achieving a Cert.Ed PGCE, I worked as a Course Director, Assessor and Internal Quality Controller for various Training Companies. This involved training new instructors to thrive in the fitness industry.
My love for sport, especially premier league netball, fuels my commitment to an active lifestyle.
The range of my qualifications and years of experience within the health and fitness field has led me to develop my Personal Fitness Training. I am here to assist you on your path to achieving your personal fitness targets. I can offer a friendly, relaxed and motivational training style, which is specifically designed to help you achieve your individual targets all in the comfort of an equipped and private gym facility.

The program focuses on the abdominal and lower back, region which is considered the body's "powerhouse" as a result Pilates is popular in the field of fitness and rehabilitation. Pilates is effective in the alleviation, treatment and prevention of back pain, most muscular-skeletal problems and injuries can be corrected with Pilates.
Furthermore, Pilates can be used to progress individuals through the movements that represent their daily activities.
